Our acquisition strategy focuses on value-add properties where we can improve the quality of life for our tenants through meaningful CapEx projects and better, more responsive management. As a result, we provide investors stabilized assets that offer strong cash flow and appreciation through our hold period. Kodiak views Industrial / Mixed Use spaces as an asset class offering stable cash flow and seeks properties with value add components. Kodiak currently has active projects in Colorado and Ohio.
About
Kodiak Real Estate Group was formed by Hunter Moore out of Golden, CO in 2019. Hunter’s real estate experience began in 2012 when putting together a business plan and model for a mixed-use development in downtown Denver. He has since developed apartments, storage units and mixed use industrial spaces from the ground up in Southeast Ohio and Golden, CO. His companies have also been involved in a single-family development in Arvada, CO and are now focusing on multifamily acquisitions in Colorado, Nebraska and Arizona. When Hunter is not at the office, he is spending time with his wife and four kids and trying to find time to enjoy the mountains.
